aire volador advice

Bring or rent a pair of hockey skates instead of figure skates. The thicker, more stable blades are better suited for natural ice surfaces, which can sometimes be uneven. Also, go early in the morning or late in the day when the ice is less crowded, and the light on the surrounding mountains is stunning for photos. Pack a thermos of hot chocolate or tea—you’ll appreciate it after spending time in the cold, especially with the scenic backdrop to enjoy while you warm up!
