The theater is currently called His Majesty's Theatre. Its name changes between His Majesty's and Her Majesty's depending on the reigning monarch. During Queen Elizabeth II's reign, it was known as Her Majesty's Theatre. It is listed as Grade II building (Protected for its exceptional architectural and historic significance). Known as the house of the "Phantom of the Opera".
